I have a blog about employment in the healthcare industry. I want to write about how people can get hiring advantages over a typical prospective employee at hospital chains and scientific companies (J%26amp;J, etc). Any tips? For example, how does one contact a specific hiring manager at XYZ corp?

ya..to get an advantage.. you need education and experience.
Reply:The quality in highest demand today in health care is EXPERIENCE! Then, education which is probably true for most career fields. Contacting the manager begins with a look up on google. Then, a call to the operator, asking for the name and number of the hiring manager for whatever department of interest. Also, look for recruiters in the company.
