First job at 16, how do I fill out the employment record in the application?

Okay. the application says to list down 4 employment records. I only have 1 employment record. What should I write on the other ones? Volunteering experiences or just write N/A?

If you did some volunteer work that is worth mentioning, use it. Otherwise, just leave it blank.

Given your age, they won't expect you to have a full employment history.

Good luck.
Reply:Indicate on the application that you are a student but in the employment record section only list the one job you have had. It's all right not to have 4 employment records.
Reply:Write ONLY the employment records you have been paid for. Like you said you only had the 1. Write nothing in the other areas unless you had a part-time job, a temporary job, or contract job for which you got paid wages.

Keep the volunteer work, etc. for a place at the end of the application where it say.... anything else you would like to say about your qualifications or experience relative to the job you are applying for.

It is OK since you are only 16 to have few prior jobs. Don't worry. Better to be HONEST and ACCURATE than overstate or fudge that kind of stuff on an application.

The employer will check it out.
Reply:Put self-employed entrepreneur for the remaining three.
