Employment?

Can Title VII override the employment environment and conditions detailed in a written employment contract between an employer and an employee? Why or why not?

Employment?
Yes, state law always overrides whatever condition there was, and federal law overrides whatever both have to say.
Reply:YES, federal law overrides conditions set by employers on paper to their employees. Employees ALWAYS retain their legal powers, even if they sign them away...
