I have been off of work with brain cancer. My employment has not been terminated and I have not quit. It is a long commute(over an hour on way) and I don't think I can do it any longer. I am working on my resume and wonder can I still list them as my current employer.
What is my end date of employment for resume purposes?
If you are still on the books, even if you're on leave, you can list them as your current employer.

Reply:Yes, they are still your employer and your status (on LOA) is protected by HIPAA, so they will not disclose this.
