Reply:Otherwise it maybe difficult to organise a conducive workplace in the hierarchical and chronological sense. To make staff competent and co-operative to undertake the organisation's goal or mission.
Reply:Then you are covered in case of being sacked, unfair dismissal, wages etc.Also the firm is covered if you have done something against their terms of employment! I would also say join a Union!
Reply:So the sucessful can prevent them selves from being sued.
