I was fired based on a text sent to me via company cell phone, the reason being demoralization. The cell phone was disconnected immediately after reading text. When I filed for unemployment benefits, I was denied for reasons of being fired based on insubordination. How can I clear my employment record and make a good appeal for benefits?
