references say? Or do they just hold the employment verification report from the company's HR (Titles/Dates/Salary)? I am talking about a hypothetical scenario where all firms worked for were large fortune 200 companies. I know that someone who is denied a job from something in a report would be entitled to a copy of that report. So if indeed reference info IS on that report, would the person be able to see what the refrence said?
I have a question about how Choicepoint Employment Reports work. Do they include the actual details of what?
