I am looking for a job and considering to try those employment agencies (kelly services,pro resources,manpower...etc). What do I need to bring with me when I go there? Do I need to call them up first or just walk in? I have M.S. degree and looking for something more than entry level.
What should I do with those employment agencies?
When I did it (I used Kelly Services), I called to make an appointment. All you need to take with you is your knowledge. If they require more they will tell you.
Reply:I'm new to the area, want a change, even with my Masters degree. So, I'm looking at temp-ing as a way to get to know the area, the culture, and I don't have to commit to an employer. Try it!
Reply:Its best to try to find agencies that do placements specifically within your field. If you are going into Management, one I would recommend would be Lee Hecht Harrrison.
