Hii.. I worked for last 3 years in the field of office Administration. I have recently left my job %26amp; would like to change my career from Administration to HR. I am thinking about starting with Recruitment Executive job in an employment firm. I dont have any experience in the field but have good knowledge of it. I have also done a crash course in HR. How can I prove myself in the same field. What about the paypackage?
