Has any one tried the work at home jobs they advetise in the employment news?

Im looking for work so i picked up the employment news, and somewhere they say "work at home make $500 Weekly, mail work, Assembly products or Computer work", and theres also a website to sign up. I went on the website but to apply i have to send $50 to them for a catalog. Is this a scam? or is it real? hopefully some one who's tried this would answer, but all answers are weclome.

Hi,

First things first, never ever give money to get work at home job. What ever reason they give, e.g. study material, catalog, processing fee etc. They are trying to scam you. Why any legitimate company would ask for money and they don't !

Making of $200 or $300 from work at home is alright, if some one claims more then it is a red flag for you.

As the ad is appeared in employment news, dosen't guarantee it's legitimacy.
