Is it legal for a landlord to contact a former tenant at their place of employment in Georgia?

Tenant moved out owing rent and trashing the place. Only place available to contact him is at his place of employment. Is it legal to contact him there?

Small claims court is usually a good way of getting a judgement for such things. Though a judgement doesn't mean the landlord will ever get paid. Sad but true.
