Is there a way to find out what your employment/unemployment record is?

I have to fill out some paper work that asks for my employment and unemployment record for the past 10 years. I have no idea what the dates are. Is there a way I can find out that information?

If you can't go to the local social security office, you should be able to call them. Did you provide a change of address to them so they can send your yearly social security statements to you?

Do you have an old resume that may prove helpful? Even if it's a few years old, it will have most of the information you need.

What about old income tax returns, W-2s, W-4s?

If none of these prove useful, you can always hire a private investigator to find these out for you. Just provide him your information.
Reply:Go to your local social security office and they can give you a printout of your employment history for pretty much your whole life.
Reply:there is not any way due to security reasons unless and untill you were working with the company who has no worry about security of data
