im just a warehouse op with about 600 employees and i seem to be the only one brave enough to stick my neck out and make plenty of noise about health and safety issues i see being ignored. it turned out to be a good desicion to do so as a team leader nominated me as the monthly star. lots of free grub, bottle of wine and a big bottle of vodka and a thanks from the big cheese.
